Like our spirits, we embody ‘Victoria the eccentric’ not ‘Victoria the staid’.

We are a small Canadian company, owned and run by a team of unique individuals who are thrilled to be related.  We have more than a bit of fun – laughing, drinking, learning, and making food together.  Our creative energies have organically fused to get this company off the ground and produce high quality products that we love.

Among us you’ll find:

• a President who practices medicine and plays a mean game of “jungle bocce” (that’s Bryan)
• an Events Coordinator who is a horticultural force, mover, and shaker in Victoria (that’s Valerie, aka Mom)
• a Master Distiller wielding a Master’s degree in Molecular Biology and a portfolio of community development work in Africa (hi Peter!)
• a Creative Director with a BFA and a Master’s degree in Planning stuffed in her sock drawer in Toronto (that’s Mia)
• a Culinary Consultant who dazzles palates as the Chef at Victoria’s Paprika Bistro (cheers Anna)
• and a Bottling Whirlwind who composes, plays and studies music, and generally challenges our ears and minds (we love you, Max!)

This core team is supported by the energy and expertise of our extended family, partners, fiancés, sweethearts, and friends.

Although we no longer live under the same roof, or even the same city, we are on the same page – committed to creating Victoria’s Modern Spirit, having as much fun as possible through the process, and sharing what we love.  Welcome to the family!
