Released in Spring 2010, our Left Coast Hemp Vodka is distilled with the finest locally-grown organic hemp seed.

The rich silky texture is elicited by the smooth oils of the hemp hearts.  Notes of hazelnut and a hint of spice are present.  The finish is long, clean and refreshing. BC sku 28126

Oaken GinOaken Gin

We’ve taken Vic Gin — a youthful, award winning spirit — and allowed it to mature gracefully in new American oak barrels until it is amber in colour and beautifully smooth.  Behind the portrait of a more mature Queen Victoria is a spirit that’s softened with vanilla notes from the oak, full and buttery, with a caramel sweetness.  BC sku 131763

CraigdarrochCraigdarroch Whisky (working title*)

Besides alluding to a heavy dose of local history, Craigdarroch means “oak of the rocks”.  It’s still fresh, but it’s going to be good.  How good?  Check out what people are saying here.

Although it does show up at festivals from time to time, we’re letting it grow up a bit before we push it out of the barrel.

We have distilled wine (from our past life) with fabulous results.  These spirits include: Eau de Merlot; Eau de Sauvignon Blanc/Gamay Noir; Eau de Pinot Noir; and Eau de Gewurztraminer and Pear.
