Where is everyone?!  Last summer saw a great number of changes for all.  It was wedding central then Max went to Berlin, Mia went to London, Peter was off to Uganda, and Phil hit the Still!

Natalie & Peter got married twice last year.  Here’s their African wedding.

Although Peter pours his heart into distilling, he’s got a lotta love to go around.  With his partner Natalie, he also runs a community development association: PODA.

In Bwera, Uganda, since October, they are building a school/community centre with Canadian helpers and a strong local collaboration built over many years of partnership.  A hard year of fundraising (and their thriftiness) paid off and they now have a second building on the go.

Where’s Waldo?!  Next find Peter & Nat.  (This is the old school, fret not)

So who’s at the Still until Peter’s return in late Feb?  It’s Phil!  Phil is Anna’s new husband (not to suggest she has an old one) – a long time chef and connoisseur of all things that fit in his mouth.
