Way back in 2009, our Master Distiller (brother/son/hero) Peter Hunt was included in Western Living’s Top Foodies under 40.  As such, he is part of

the new generation of passionate chefs, restaurateurs, food producers, wine and spirits experts and activists who are helping to define and change the way we eat in Western Canada today. [Not to mention] the first master gin distiller in the West since the 1930s.
