Jordan Moore at The Four Seasons Hotel in Vancouver is pleased to share his signature Olympic Gold Victoria Gin cocktail. The drink is available in the Hotel’s Yew Restaurant. He calls it the Dill Fling. We call it delicious.
Muddle dill and cucumber.
2 oz. Vic Gin
1/2 oz cane sugar syrup
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz egg white
Shake. Strain into cocktail glass and garnish with smoked salmon.
