Vic Gin will be celebrating the art, craft, and tradition of the cocktail at the Art of the Cocktail event, November 7th and 8th.  We’ll be there serving Vic Gin ‘naked’ and as part of your favourite cocktails.  More details on the Victoria Film Festival fundraiser are here.

The Four Seasons’ Fling with Vic Gin

Jordan Moore at The Four Seasons Hotel in Vancouver is pleased to share his signature Olympic Gold Victoria Gin cocktail.  The drink is available in the Hotel’s Yew Restaurant.  He calls it the Dill Fling.  We call it delicious.

Muddle dill and cucumber.
Add:
2 oz. Vic Gin
1/2 oz cane sugar syrup
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz egg white

We recently celebrated the change of seasons and the best of local food and drink at Vancouver Island’s Feast of Fields.
