Seems a local blogger has found there’s always room for (Vic Gin in her) Jello.  See Marri’s recipe for Local Gin Jello here.  We haven’t tried it yet, but know that ghetto and gourmet can sometimes get along like a house on fire!  If you try it, let us know how it goes
