Our Story
About the Distillery
For more than ten years, Victoria Distillers has been producing some of Canada’s finest handmade spirits. Our unique waterfront location in Sidney, British Columbia, houses the copper pot stills that produce our range of spirits – most notably, our award-winning gins.
We are not offering distillery tours, but our retail space is open, and we offer tastings. Come and visit us for all your cocktail needs on Thursday and Friday from 12 pm to 5 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 11 am to 5 pm. We can’t wait to see you!
